At Aloha Shirt Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your island-inspired apparel. If your shirt doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached back into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
